Dr. Taylor Ringgold
From a very young age, I was always fascinated with the dentist. I used to love going as a child, which sparked my interest in the field. As I got older, I began to shadow my dentist which solidified my decision to pursue a career in dentistry.
I completed my undergraduate education at Villanova University in Villanova, PA. Throughout undergrad, I was actively involved in the pre-dental student association.
I received my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University in the City of New York. While in dental school, I was actively involved in the mentorship of pre-dental students. I was a Community Health Scholar and spent a lot of time on our mobile van traveling to underserved areas of New York City to provide dental care to patients with HIV/AIDS. I served two terms on the national executive board for the Student National Dental Association as the representative to the House of Delegates.
After dental school, I continued my training and completed a one year General Practice Residency at Virtua Health System in Camden, New Jersey. During this year, I gained advanced training in all aspects of dentistry including implantology, periodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.
In my spare time, I enjoy travelling and spending quality time with my friends and family. I love giving back to the community and those in need. I enjoy forming connections with my patients and helping everyone have a smile that they feel proud of.
